Last Updated: January 01, 2026
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
a. This Disclosures, Disclaimers, and Legal Notices document (“Disclosure”) applies to all content, communications, marketing materials, services, programs, digital products, AI-assisted tools and outputs, social media content, emails, events, and technology used by The Monarch Group, LLC dba The Greg Head and TheGregHead.com (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of operations in Arizona. The Greg Head and TheGregHead.com is the Company's primary consumer-facing platform for private equity positioning, executive coaching, deal advisory, and related services.
b. This Disclosure is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Payment and Refund Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Disclosure and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern.
c. This Disclosure is designed to comply with: the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq.); the FTC’s Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255); the FTC’s Business Opportunity Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 437); the Securities Act of 1933 and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to the extent applicable; the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 to the extent applicable; and all applicable state consumer protection, securities, and advertising laws.
d. This Disclosure applies across all channels: websites, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok), email, webinars, podcasts, live events, printed materials, advertisements, and any other medium.
2. FTC EARNINGS DISCLAIMER
a. No Income or Results Guarantees: FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION REGULATIONS (15 U.S.C. § 41 ET SEQ.) STRICTLY PROHIBIT THE COMPANY FROM MAKING INCOME, EMPLOYMENT, OR RESULTS GUARANTEES THAT ARE NOT TRUTHFUL AND SUBSTANTIATED. THE COMPANY CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC FINANCIAL RESULTS, PE PLACEMENT, BOARD APPOINTMENTS, EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES, DEAL FLOW, INVESTMENT RETURNS, EARNINGS, REVENUE, ROI, OR THE SUCCESS OF ANY STRATEGY, FRAMEWORK, POSITIONING APPROACH, OR RECOMMENDATION PROVIDED THROUGH ITS SERVICES.
b. Results Are Not Typical:
- Any career outcomes, PE placement examples, board appointment examples, salary increases, deal access examples, investment results, business results, or success stories presented on the Service, in marketing materials, on social media, in webinars, emails, or in any other Company communication represent specific individual results achieved by specific clients under specific circumstances that may not apply to you.
b. Why Results Vary: Individual results depend entirely on factors outside the Company’s control, including but not limited to:
- Your existing executive track record, industry background, functional expertise, and years of relevant operating experience.
- Your current professional reputation, network depth, and visibility within relevant PE and M&A communities.
- Your work ethic, consistency of implementation, and depth of engagement with program materials and coaching.
- The quality, specificity, and credibility of your investment thesis and personal positioning narrative.
- The sector and deal size focus of your target PE firms, and the level of activity and demand in those segments at the time of your search.
- Current macroeconomic conditions, credit markets, deal volume, and PE fundraising and deployment cycles.
- The availability and receptivity of PE partners in the Company's network that match your specific profile and target criteria.
- Your geographic flexibility, compensation expectations, and timeline for transition.
- The time and consistent effort you dedicate to executing your positioning, outreach, and networking strategy.
- Unforeseen circumstances including changes in laws, regulations, market conditions, technology, or business environments.
- Countless other personal, professional, and market variables unique to your situation.
b. Effort Required: SUCCESS IN TRANSITIONING INTO PRIVATE EQUITY REQUIRES SUSTAINED PERSONAL EFFORT, PROPER EXECUTION OF POSITIONING AND OUTREACH STRATEGIES, SIGNIFICANT PROFESSIONAL INVESTMENT, ACCEPTANCE OF CAREER RISK, AND MEANINGFUL PERSONAL COMMITMENT. The Company’s programs provide preparation, frameworks, positioning, and access — not a guarantee of outcome. What you achieve depends on what you do with what you receive.
b. Forward Looking Statements: Any statements regarding anticipated career outcomes, projected deal access, potential PE introductions, or expected positioning results are forward-looking statements based on current expectations and assumptions. Forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain and subject to risks. Actual results may differ materially from any forward-looking statement. You should not rely on forward-looking statements as predictions of specific future events or outcomes.
3. NATURE OF SERVICES PURCHASED

- A recruiting, staffing, or headhunting service;
- Licensed legal, financial, investment, tax, or career counseling services;
- A business opportunity or turnkey system that automatically generates income; or
- Any outcome that does not depend substantially on your own execution and effort.
c. Educational and Informational Nature: All content, program materials, sessions, coaching, webinars, events, digital products, and frameworks are provided for professional development, educational, and informational purposes. They represent Greg Head's professional experience, perspective, and frameworks — not regulated professional advice. Application of any content to your specific situation is your sole responsibility and requires your own independent professional judgment.
4. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER
a. Not Legal Advice: The Company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. No content, communication, session, program material, or service should be construed as legal advice or as establishing an attorney-client relationship. Greg Head is not a licensed attorney. All matters involving legal obligations, contracts, regulatory compliance, employment agreements, securities compliance, or any other legal question require consultation with a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.
b. Not Financial or Investment Advice: The Company is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or registered representative under federal or state securities laws, unless otherwise disclosed in a separate written agreement. No content, communication, or service provided through TheGregHead.com constitutes investment advice, a securities recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation to commit capital to any specific investment.
Discussions of private equity deal structures, M&A transaction frameworks, EBITDA valuations, portfolio company governance, investment thesis development, capital allocation strategies, or financial modeling — including content drawn from Greg Head's experience in 100+ M&A transactions and $1 billion in capital raising — are provided for professional development and educational purposes only. Before making any investment or capital commitment decision, consult a qualified financial professional or registered investment adviser.
c. Not Tax or Accounting Advice: The Company does not provide tax, accounting, audit, or financial reporting advice. Any references to tax structuring, carry economics, transaction tax treatment, or financial reporting implications are for general educational purposes only. Consult a licensed CPA or qualified tax advisor for all tax-related decisions.
c. Not Recruiting or Placement Services: The Company does not operate as a recruiter, headhunter, executive search firm, employment agency, or staffing service. PE introductions facilitated by the Company are professional networking connections made on a best-efforts basis and do not constitute a placement guarantee, a recruiter relationship, or a representation that an employment offer will result. The Company does not receive placement fees and does not act as an agent on behalf of any client.
c. Not Mental Health or Medical Advice: Coaching and advisory services are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, clinical coaching, or medical advice. Greg Head and Company personnel are not licensed mental health professionals unless separately credentialed and expressly disclosed. If you are experiencing mental health, emotional, or medical challenges, please seek qualified professional help.
c. Reliance at Your Own Risk: ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON INFORMATION, FRAMEWORKS, STRATEGIES, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Company disclaims all liability for any action taken or not taken based on the content, guidance, or communications of the Service.
5. INVESTMENT AND SECURITIES DISCLAIMER
a. No Offer of Securities: Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any security, investment product, financial instrument, fund interest, partnership interest, or other investment vehicle. Any such offer, if made, will be made exclusively by means of a formal offering document (e.g., private placement memorandum or subscription agreement), and only to qualified investors in compliance with the Securities Act of 1933 (15 U.S.C. § 77a et seq.), Regulation D, and applicable state Blue Sky laws.
b. Past Performance Disclaimer: PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Any references to Greg Head's prior experience — including his participation in 100+ M&A transactions, $1 billion in capital raised, leadership of a Single Family Office, or service as an Independent Board Director on 12+ private company boards — are provided for biographical context and professional credentialing purposes only. Historical results achieved in those capacities cannot predict future outcomes for the Company’s clients or for any investment or business activity.
c. Risk of Loss: Private equity, business acquisitions, portfolio company leadership, and growth-stage investment activities involve substantial risk, including the potential loss of some or all invested capital. PE and M&A transactions are characterized by illiquidity, long holding periods, information asymmetry, leverage risk, management execution risk, and exposure to market cycles. Only commit capital and career resources to activities whose risks you fully understand and can afford to sustain.
d. Accredited Investor Requirements: To the extent the Company discusses, facilitates access to, or provides introductions related to investment opportunities, participation may be limited to “accredited investors” as defined under Regulation D, Rule 501(a) (17 C.F.R. § 230.501(a)). The Company reserves the right to verify investor qualification status and to decline engagement where applicable legal requirements are not satisfied.
6. TESTIMONIALS AND ENDORSEMENTS
a. FTC Endorsement Guides Compliance: The Company’s use of testimonials, endorsements, case studies, and success examples complies with the FTC’s Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255, updated effective July 26, 2023).
b. Individual Results:
- All testimonials, case studies, and client success examples represent the individual experiences, opinions, and outcomes of specific clients under specific circumstances.
- Results showcased are not typical and should not be expected by all purchasers. Many clients achieve little to no measurable change in their career trajectory or PE access.
- Where extraordinary results are showcased — such as a client transitioning into a PE portfolio company leadership role within a specific timeframe — a clear disclosure will be placed adjacent to such results indicating that the result is not typical.
c. Material Connections: In compliance with 16 C.F.R. § 255.5, the Company discloses all material connections between the Company and any endorser, including whether the endorser: received complimentary or discounted access to any Service; is a current or former client, employee, contractor, affiliate, or partner; received compensation, referral fees, commissions, or any other form of remuneration; or has any financial or business relationship with the Company.
d. Authenticity: All testimonials published by the Company are genuine, reflect the honest and unprompted opinions of real clients, and have not been materially edited to change their meaning. The Company does not fabricate testimonials, pay for fake reviews, pressure clients to exaggerate results, suppress legitimate negative feedback, or create testimonials under fictitious identities. Fabricated testimonials are a violation of FTC regulations and are strictly prohibited.
e. Social Media Endorsements: Material connections in social media posts — including paid partnerships, affiliate arrangements, client relationships, or ownership interests — will be disclosed within the post itself using clear and conspicuous language (e.g., “#ad,” “#sponsored,” “I am a client of TheGregHead.com,” “Paid Partnership”).
7. AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL DISCLOSURE
a. Affiliate Relationships: The Company may participate in affiliate marketing programs and may earn commissions, referral fees, or other compensation when visitors to the Service click on affiliate links and make qualifying purchases. Affiliated products and services may include software tools, platforms, books, training resources, and other third-party offerings recommended on the Service.
b. Disclosure of Affiliate Compensation: In compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides, affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed. Typical disclosure language:
“Disclosure: This content contains affiliate links. If you purchase through these links, the Company may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools and resources we believe may be genuinely useful to your professional development journey.”
c. Good Faith Recommendations: The Company recommends only tools, resources, and services that it believes in good faith may provide genuine value to its clients' PE positioning and professional development goals. Affiliate compensation does not govern, influence, or override editorial and recommendation decisions. You are encouraged to conduct your own due diligence before purchasing any third-party product, platform, or service.
c. Referral Programs: If the Company operates a referral program, compensation arrangements will be disclosed to both referrer and referred party.
8. AI USAGE AND TECHNOLOGY DISCLOSURE
a. Important Clarification:
- TheGregHead.com is a private equity positioning, executive coaching, and deal advisory platform. It is NOT an AI company or AI consulting firm. AI tools are used as instruments to enhance the quality, consistency, and scale of service delivery — they do not replace Greg Head's professional judgment, the authenticity of his frameworks, or the human relationship at the core of the advisory and coaching experience.
b. How We Use AI: The Company may use AI technologies in its operations, including:
- Content and Deliverable Assistance: Drafting, refining, and structuring program materials, investment thesis drafts, positioning narratives, LinkedIn content, and other client-facing deliverables — all subject to Greg Head's review, professional judgment, and approval.
- Research and Analysis: Supporting market research, deal landscape analysis, PE firm research, sector intelligence, and due diligence preparation.
- AI Deployment Playbooks: Creating customized AI integration frameworks and use-case playbooks demonstrating clients' operational AI capabilities — a core deliverable within the PE-Ready programs.
- Business Operations: Scheduling automation, CRM workflows, email sequencing, and administrative efficiency tools.
- Website and Platform Features: Site optimization, user experience personalization, and support functionality.
- Quality Assurance: Proofreading, structural review, and accuracy checking of written deliverables.
c. Human Oversight: All AI-assisted outputs used in client deliverables, program materials, and communications are subject to human review, professional validation, and approval by Greg Head or qualified Company personnel before delivery. AI tools supplement professional judgment — they do not replace it. Greg Head and Company personnel: evaluate all AI outputs for factual accuracy and client-specific relevance; apply PE-specific expertise, market context, and client knowledge to all deliverables; retain full professional accountability for every work product delivered; and make all final decisions on content, strategy, and advice.
d. AI Limitations: The Company acknowledges that AI systems have inherent limitations, including: producing inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs ("hallucinations"); reflecting biases present in training data; lacking real-time information due to knowledge cutoff dates; and inability to guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific purpose without human verification. AI-generated content should not be relied upon without independent expert review.
e. AI and Client Data: When AI tools are used in connection with client data or information:
- Client data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement;
- The Company does not input client confidential business information into public AI models without explicit client consent;
- Enterprise-grade AI tools with commercially appropriate data processing and confidentiality agreements are used where available;
- Client data is not sold, licensed, or provided to AI providers for model training purposes; and
- The Company takes reasonable steps to anonymize or de-identify sensitive client information prior to AI processing.
f. Third-Party AI Providers: The Company may use AI platforms provided by third parties including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft. These providers maintain their own terms of service and privacy policies, which govern their processing of any data submitted. The Company selects providers with commercially reasonable security and data protection standards and uses business or enterprise-tier accounts where available to maximize data handling protections.
g. AI Ethics Commitments: The Company commits to responsible AI use:
- Transparency: The Company discloses material AI usage in client deliverables upon request. You may ask at any time whether AI tools were used in preparing a specific deliverable or communication.
- Fairness: The Company does not use AI tools in any manner that creates unfair bias, discrimination, or disparate treatment of any individual or group.
- Accountability: Greg Head and Company personnel are fully accountable for all work products and communications, regardless of the extent of AI assistance in their preparation.
- Privacy: Client data is protected in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law when AI tools are used.
- Accuracy: The Company does not deliver AI-generated content without human review of material facts, market claims, and client-specific assertions.
- Human-Centered: AI amplifies Greg Head’s expertise and delivery capacity — it does not substitute for the professional relationship, judgment, or strategic insight that defines the Company's advisory value.
h. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: CERTAIN CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, IN PROGRAM MATERIALS, OR IN CLIENT DELIVERABLES MAY BE CREATED OR MATERIALLY ASSISTED BY AI TOOLS. While all such content is reviewed for accuracy and professional appropriateness, AI-assisted content may contain errors, outdated information, or outputs that require adaptation to your specific circumstances. It is provided for informational and professional development purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional advice, market research, or due diligence.
i. Your Right to Inquire: You may ask whether AI tools were used in any specific deliverable or communication. Submit inquiries to legal@thegreghead.com. Response within five (5) business days.
j. Regulatory Monitoring: The Company monitors evolving AI regulations, including FTC guidance on AI in advertising, proposed state AI transparency laws, SEC guidance on AI in investment advisory, and industry best practices. This section will be updated as requirements evolve.
9. WEBSITE AND CONTENT DISCLAIMER
a. Accuracy of Information: The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of information on the Service. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Information may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
b. Third-Party Content: The Service may include third-party content (guest posts, external links, embedded media, user-generated content). The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party content.
c. Hypothetical and Illustrative Examples: The Service may include hypothetical examples, illustrative scenarios, and simulated results for educational purposes. Unless expressly stated as actual client results, these do not represent real transactions. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations: they are generally prepared with hindsight, involve no actual financial risk, and cannot account for all factors affecting real results.
10. FTC BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY RULE COMPLIANCE
a. Not a Business Opportunity: Unless expressly disclosed in a separate Disclosure Document, the Company’s services do not constitute a “business opportunity” under the FTC Business Opportunity Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 437). The Company provides general business education, strategic frameworks, and professional development—not a specific business opportunity, franchise, or turnkey system.
b. Disclosure Document: If any Service falls within the Business Opportunity Rule, the Company will provide a Disclosure Document at least seven (7) days before the earlier of: (a) contract signing; or (b) any payment. The Disclosure Document will contain all information required by 16 C.F.R. § 437.3.
c. Substantiation of Earnings Claims: The Company maintains reasonable documentation to substantiate any earnings claims per Section 5 of the FTC Act. To request substantiation for a specific earnings claim, contact legal@thegreghead.com.
11. PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS AND QUALIFICATIONS
a. Greg Head — Founder and CEO: Greg Head is the Founder and Principal Advisor of TheGregHead.com and a Managing Member of The Monarch Group, LLC. His professional background and credentials include:
- Founder & CEO of a Single Family Office.
- Former Private Equity Principal, with direct experience on both the buy-side (as a PE investor) and the operating side (as a PE-backed portfolio company executive).
- Participation in 100+ M&A transactions across buy-side, sell-side, and integration roles spanning his career.
- Capital raising track record of over $1 billion across institutional, family office, and PE fund structures.
- Independent Board Director on 12+ private company boards, with experience in board governance, fiduciary responsibilities, and board-level strategic oversight.

- Executive leadership experience at major corporations in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic development capacities.
b. Disclosure: Greg Head is not a licensed attorney, registered investment adviser, registered broker-dealer, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or licensed financial professional, unless otherwise disclosed in a separate written agreement. All services are provided in his capacity as a business consultant, executive coach, PE career advisor, and strategic advisor drawing on his professional experience. The biographical credentials above are provided for informational and professional context purposes only and do not constitute a claim that services constitute regulated professional advice.
c. Company Team: Individual credentials of Company team members, contractors, guest contributors, and advisors will be disclosed as applicable and relevant to the services they provide. The Company does not represent that any team member or contractor holds a professional license or regulated qualification unless specifically and expressly stated.
12. COMPREHENSIVE RISK DISCLOSURE
a. Engaging with the Company’s Services involves various risks:
- Career Transition Risk: Transitioning from a corporate executive career into private equity leadership involves material career risk. There is no guarantee that a PE firm will hire, interview, or engage with any candidate regardless of the quality of their positioning or the strength of their network. Market demand for PE portfolio operators fluctuates with deal volume, fund deployment cycles, and economic conditions.
- Investment and Financial Risk: All investment activities — including PE investments, M&A participation, portfolio company leadership, and business development — carry risk of loss, up to and including total loss of capital. Private equity investments are particularly illiquid, long-duration, and subject to significant leverage, execution, and market risks.
- Market and Economic Risk: Macroeconomic conditions, interest rate environments, credit market conditions, deal volume cycles, regulatory changes, and industry disruptions may materially affect the availability of PE opportunities, deal flow, and the receptivity of PE firms to new executive introductions.
- Execution Risk: The effectiveness of any positioning strategy, investment thesis, or PE outreach approach depends entirely on the quality and consistency of your personal execution. Poor execution, insufficient follow-through, or failure to implement program guidance may produce no measurable results regardless of the quality of the underlying strategy.
- Regulatory and Legal Risk: Changes in securities laws, employment laws, PE regulation, tax codes, or government policies may affect the viability of strategies, structures, and approaches discussed in the Company's programs.
- Technology and AI Risk: Digital tools, AI platforms, and technology-assisted strategies are subject to rapid change, platform policy shifts, model degradation, and technological obsolescence. AI-assisted deliverables reflect capabilities as of the date of delivery.
- Personal Risk: Pursuing a career transition into private equity may require significant personal sacrifice, financial commitment, professional uncertainty, and sustained emotional effort over an extended period of time.
13. ADVERTISING AND MARKETING DISCLOSURE
a. Advertising Standards: All advertising and marketing comply with Section 5 of the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45). The Company does not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
b. Paid Promotions: Paid promotional content, sponsored content, and paid partnerships are clearly disclosed with language such as “Sponsored,” “Paid Partnership,” or “Advertisement.”
c. Email Marketing: Email marketing complies with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.) including physical mailing address, clear opt-out mechanism, and honest subject lines.
d. Social Media Marketing: Social media marketing complies with the FTC Endorsement Guides and each platform’s advertising policies. All material connections and sponsored content are disclosed within the content itself.
14. LIMITATION ON USE OF THIS DISCLOSURE

It does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for consultation with qualified legal, financial, investment, tax, or career professionals regarding your specific situation. Before making any significant business, investment, career, or financial decision in connection with information obtained through the Service, consult appropriate licensed professionals.
15. GOVERNING LAW
a. This Disclosure is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with the governing law provisions of the Terms of Service. THE GREG HEAD
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective Date: January 01, 2026
Last Updated: May 6, 2026
1. OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCESSIBILITY
a. The Monarch Group, LLC dba The Greg Head and TheGregHead.com (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) is committed to ensuring that our website at https://thegreghead.com, all associated digital content, coaching and program materials, scheduling tools, community platforms, and online services (collectively, the “Service”) are accessible to all individuals — including persons with disabilities — on an equal and inclusive basis.
b. This commitment reflects not only our legal obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 794d), and applicable state accessibility laws including those of Arizona and Wyoming — but also our genuine belief that an equitable, professional-grade digital experience should be available to every executive, operator, and professional who engages with our programs and content.
c. We strive to ensure that our digital properties conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which represents the internationally recognized benchmark for web content accessibility. Where full conformance has not yet been achieved, we are actively working toward it as part of our ongoing accessibility program.
2. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES WE ARE IMPLEMENTING
a. We are working to incorporate the following accessibility features and standards across the Service:
- Text alternatives (alt text) for all non-text content, including images, icons, graphics, and decorative elements, so that assistive technologies can convey meaning to users who cannot perceive visual content.
- Full keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements — including menus, buttons, forms, scheduling widgets, and calls to action — so that users who cannot operate a mouse can access all functionality.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios between foreground text and background elements in compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA contrast requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text; 3:1 for large text).
- Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content, functionality, or readability, supporting users who rely on browser-level zoom or system-level text size adjustments.
- Meaningful, logical page structure using proper heading hierarchy (H1 through H6), semantic HTML landmarks, ordered and unordered lists, and ARIA roles where appropriate.
- Descriptive, context-independent link text that conveys the purpose and destination of each link without requiring surrounding content for comprehension.
- Properly labeled form fields, with programmatically associated labels, instructions, and error messages — ensuring that form controls are usable by individuals relying on screen readers or voice recognition software.
- Captioning and transcripts for multimedia content, including video recordings, webinar replays, and event content, where technically feasible and within our direct control.
- Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack), screen magnification tools, and voice recognition software (e.g., Dragon NaturallySpeaking).
- Avoidance of content that flashes more than three (3) times per second, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Guideline 2.3 (Seizures and Physical Reactions).
- Accessible PDF documents and downloadable materials, where reasonably practicable, including tagged PDFs with reading order, alt text, and logical structure.
- Consistent, predictable navigation patterns across all pages and sections of the Service to reduce cognitive load and support users with cognitive or attention-related disabilities.
3. ONGOING ACCESSIBILITY EFFORTS
a. The Company recognizes that digital accessibility is not a one-time project but an ongoing, iterative commitment. As part of our continuous improvement program, we are committed to:
- Conducting periodic accessibility audits and reviews of the Service, including technical scans and manual user-experience testing, to identify and remediate accessibility barriers.
- Training personnel involved in content creation, website management, and service design on accessibility best practices, WCAG 2.1 standards, and inclusive design principles.
- Incorporating accessibility requirements into the development lifecycle for all new features, pages, content, and tools added to the Service — including accessibility review as part of the publication workflow.
- Actively engaging with users who identify accessibility barriers to understand the nature of the issue, prioritize remediation, and confirm resolution.
- Monitoring evolving accessibility standards, Department of Justice guidance, federal and state regulatory developments, and court interpretations to ensure our practices remain current and compliant.
- Reviewing and updating this Accessibility Statement at least annually, or sooner when material changes to our practices or applicable legal standards warrant an update.
4. KNOWN LIMITATIONS
a. While the Company is committed to broad and continuous accessibility improvement, we acknowledge that some content or features on the Service may not yet be fully accessible. Current known limitations may include:
- Third-party content and embedded tools — including scheduling platforms (e.g., Calendly), payment processors (e.g., Stripe), community platforms, video conferencing tools, and social media embeds — that are not under the Company's direct control. We encourage the providers of these tools to maintain WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and will consider alternative solutions where third-party accessibility falls short.
- Legacy content published prior to the implementation of our current accessibility standards, which is being reviewed and updated on a rolling, prioritized basis.
- Newly published content that may not have completed a full accessibility review at the time of initial publication. We aim to complete accessibility review of new content promptly following publication.
- Complex interactive features — such as dynamic data visualizations, interactive frameworks, or bespoke program tools — that may present technical accessibility challenges currently being addressed in our development roadmap.
b. We are actively working to address all known limitations and will update this Statement as remediation milestones are achieved. If you encounter a barrier not described above, please notify us using the contact information in Section 6.
5. ALTERNATIVE ACCESS AND REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS
a. The Company is committed to ensuring that no individual with a disability is denied equal access to our content, programs, or services on account of a technical accessibility barrier on the Service. If you encounter any content, feature, or functionality that is not fully accessible to you, we want to hear about it and we will work promptly to provide a suitable alternative.
b. Alternative access options and reasonable accommodations may include, without limitation:
- Providing program materials, frameworks, templates, or other content in an alternative format (e.g., plain text, large print, accessible PDF, audio format) upon request.
- Delivering information or program content through an alternative communication channel — including email, telephone, or video session — where the standard digital format presents a barrier.
- Scheduling a dedicated live session with Company personnel to deliver content, answer questions, or facilitate engagement in an accessible format.
- Providing transcripts or summaries of video or audio-only content upon request where automated captions are unavailable or insufficient.
- Making reasonable adjustments to program scheduling, delivery format, or communication channels to accommodate documented accessibility needs.
c. To request an alternative format or accommodation, please contact us using the information in Section 6 below. We will respond to accommodation requests within five (5) business days and will work in good faith to identify and implement an appropriate solution.
6. FEEDBACK AND CONTACT
a. We genuinely welcome feedback on the accessibility of the Service. Whether you have encountered a specific barrier, have a suggestion for improvement, or need assistance accessing any content or feature, we want to hear from you. Your feedback directly informs our accessibility priorities and remediation efforts.
